I work with founders, executives, and owners when the path forward isn't obvious - during transitions, periods of change, or when momentum has stalled.

My approach is hands-on and discreet. I take on a small number of clients at a time to ensure meaningful engagement.

Background

I've spent my career building and operating businesses. I've been in the founder seat, managed high-stakes operations, and helped companies find leverage when growth stalled or priorities became unclear.

I've built and run companies in highly regulated environm,ents, worked through perioids of constrained capital, and lead teamd navigating growth, transition and reset. The platforms and teams I've helped build facilitated over $2B in customer orders.

I'm most useful when things are messy: when priorities compete, systems break down, or decisions stall because the tradeoffs aren't clear. I tend to work quietly, ask uncomfortable questions, and focus on what actually moves the business forward.

When I'm most helpful

  • The business is at an inflection point (growth, transition, turnaround)
  • Challenges are cross-functional and not owned by a single team
  • There's urgency, but also openness to transparent diagnosis
  • Leadership wants a thinking partner, not just execution support
  • There's a clearly defined budget and ability to move decisively

Not a good fit

  • Capital advisory or fundraising strategy (I write angel checks, but won't make introductions for clients)
  • You need a full-time executive or interim role
  • You want someone to run a function for you (I advise, I don't replace your team)
  • The work is narrowly scoped, fully predefined, or purely tactical
  • There isn't clarity on budget or authority to execute

How I work

Engagements are project-based or retained, typically 3–6 months. I work closely with you and your team, parachuting in to quickly acclimatize & understand dynamics at play.

We start with a clear scope: what's broken, what needs to change, and what success looks like. From there, I dig in - analyzing, building, and executing alongside your team.

I'm selective about who I work with. Fit matters more than scope. If we're aligned, we'll make progress together.
